I. GENERAL PROVISIONS
Art. 1. These General Terms of Use are intended to regulate relations and represent an agreement between Elysian Studio Ltd. (Merchant) in its capacity as operator of the website – https://brittboxofficial.com/ (the Platform), on the one hand, and each user or visitor who loaded the website in their internet browser, on the other hand.
Art. 2. The use of the services of “Elysian Studio” Ltd. is only possible after acceptance of these General Terms of Use. Every single user action after the website https://brittboxofficial.com/ is loaded in the browser constitutes an electronic declaration of consent that he agrees with these General Terms and Conditions and is at least 16 years of age.

III. SUBJECT
Art. 4. Brittboxofficial.com is a platform available at https://brittboxofficial.com/, through which users have the opportunity to:
• to conclude contracts for purchase and sale and delivery of the offered goods.
• register and create a profile in the electronic store and use services to provide information.
• review the offered goods, services, prices and terms of delivery.
• to view the content published on the Internet page, including the information that the trader has provided about himself, his team, the goods and services provided by him, current offers, informative articles, contacts, presentation of his clients and partners and others.
• to receive information about new goods and services offered by the merchant.
• to make electronic statements in connection with the conclusion or execution of contracts with the merchant on the platform.
• to be notified of the rights arising from the law, primarily through the platform interface.
• exercise their right to opt out, where applicable, under the Consumer Protection Act.
Art. 5. Users conclude a contract for the purchase and sale of the goods with the merchant on the platform, at https://brittboxofficial.com/. The contract is concluded in Bulgarian and stored in the merchant’s database. By virtue of the contract concluded with the merchant for the purchase and sale of goods and/or services, the merchant on the platform undertakes to organize the delivery and transfer of ownership to the user of the goods and/or services specified by him through the interface on the platform. Users have the right to correct errors in the entry of information no later than submitting the statement of conclusion of the contract with the merchant on the platform. Users pay the merchant a fee for the delivered goods according to the terms set out in the platform and these general terms and conditions. The reward is equal to the price announced on the platform. The trader “Elysian Studio” Ltd. organizes the delivery of the goods and guarantees the rights of consumers provided for by law.
Art. 6. The user and the merchant agree that all statements between them in connection with the conclusion and execution of the contract should be made electronically and through electronic statements within the meaning of the Electronic Commerce Act and the Electronic Document and Electronic Signature Act.
IV. REGISTRATION TO USE THE PLATFORM
Art. 7. In order to use the platform https://brittboxofficial.com/, the user should enter a username and password of his choice, which is deemed to have accepted these general terms and conditions.
Art. 8. By filling in his data and pressing the “Create order” button, the user declares that he is familiar with the general conditions, agrees with their content and undertakes to unconditionally comply with them.
Art. 9. The trader confirms the order made by the user by e-mail or by phone and a contractual relationship arises between the user and the trader.
V. CONCLUSION OF A PURCHASE – SALE AGREEMENT
Art. 10. Users use the merchant’s page on the platform to enter into contracts for the purchase and sale of goods and/or services offered by the merchant.

VI. PAYMENT
- Payment by debit/credit card via V-pos.
- Types of cards accepted: debit, credit and business cards Visa and Mastercard
- Transactions are carried out using the MasterCard Identity check and VISA Secure security programs.
- From the point of view of security, the maximum amount for card payment is 15 000 BGN.
- We do not store data about the bank cards used for payment through the site.
- If it is necessary to return an amount paid with a bank card, the amount is refunded to the card with which the payment was made.
